Sweet mascarpone snacks

Kruche ciasteczka z mascarponeIngredients (15servings):

  • 15 gluten-free shortbread cookies
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 25g confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting (GF)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (GF)
  • 15 walnuts




Stir together mascarpone, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until well combined. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Spread a generous teaspoon mascarpone filling over each cookie – preferably in a decorative manner. Dust with cocoa and top with a walnut. Repeat until all the ingredients are used. Serve immediately.



GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
