The very first is to double-check each place: you’ve heard the restaurant serves gluten-free food, great! But remember to also verify that information and ask a waiter before you order.

You’ve alredy ordered? Not a problem, but ask the waiter what ingredients were used to prepare your meal. And always, always, always read the reviews – it’s very likely there are other people, just like you, suffering from gluten intolerance who had happened to visit this place just before you did. Maybe they have something interesting to share?
