Tomato and Celery Drink

Noworoczny koktajl mocyIngredients (2servings):

  • 6 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 carrot, peeled and trimmed
  • 2 large stalks celery, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • a pinch of chilli (GF)
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper (GF)

 

 

Scenario:

Process tomatoes, celery and carrot through a juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions. Divide the juice between two glasses, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of chilli. Garnish with parsley and celery leaves. Serve immediately.

 

 

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
