Podlaskie Voivodeship doesn’t really offer too many places where coeliacs can eat safely, which is why, whenever I am in Bialystok, eating at Bella Vita is always on my „to do list”.
Why? Well, first of all: because almost everything on the menu can be made gluten-free, including pizza and pasta. I have been there for a few times and have tried both pasta and pizza – both were very good. Maybe not exceptional, but really tasty. Secondly: waiters know all the ingredients and are eager to help. The menu is varied, although not overwhelming, and prices are reasonable considering the quality of what is offered. And finally: the location is superb!
All in all, Bella Vita serves the most comfortable gluten-free meals I have had so far in this part of Poland. Next time I am in the area, I will defenitely head there again. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Bialystok.
