Chill 2 Martini glasses or similar by placing 1 handful ice in them.
Pour the cherry liqueur, lemon juice and 100ml Prosecco into a cocktail shaker, fill with the remaining ice and stir gently. Tip out the ice from the glasses. Strain the mixture into the glasses and top up with a little more Prosecco for some fizz. Garnish with oranges and serve.
