Ingredients: butter flavour (4servings):
- 1 tablespoon almond flour (GF)
- 2 tablespoons potato starch (GF)
- 1 tablespoon millet flour (GF)
- 3 tablespoons corn flour (GF)
7 quail eggs
- 3 tablespoons melted vegetable butter (GF)
- 2 tablespoons Muscovado sugar
- ½ cup soya milk
- ½ teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
Scenario:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a donut mould (you can also use a cake pop maker).
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat the eggs and vegetable oil until light and fluffy. Beat in the dry ingredients. Spoon the batter into the donut mould and bake for 15-20 minutes till firm and lightly golden.
GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
