Ingredients for the dressing:
Put all the ingredients for kofta into a large bowl and combine them usingyour hands. Shape into small balls and fry on a well-heated and oiled pan on both sides until they are browned. Set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl, mix the pasta with linseed and lettuce. Season to taste with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, pour over the lemon and honey dressing.
GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
