Parfait with greek yogurt and pistachios

  • 1 handful whole pistachio nuts, shelled and crushed (GF)
  • 200 g good-quality Greek yoghurt (GF)
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 4 tablespoons popped amaranth (GF)
  • 2 kiwis




Peel and slice kiwis. Spoon a dollop of the yogurt into the base of the glass and then top with popped amaranth, a layer of kiwis, then agave syroup and continue the pattern until the glass is filled. Sprinkle with pistacio nuts. Repeat with the remaining glass.



GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
