Cinnamon:

  • ♠ works as a mild diuretic,
  • ♠ warms the body up,
  • ♠ works as a natural antibiotic, helps fighting colds,
  • ♠ if taken in the amount of 1-6g/day, it lowers the fasting blood glucose level, triglicerides level and the LDL cholesterol.
