Scenario:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the moulds by spreading some butter inside and dusting with cocoa. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl, together with butter. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt and mix well. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Slowly add melted chocolate and then fold in the flour. Fill the moulds to the ¾ mark with the chocolate mix. Bake in the oven for about 8-12 minutes (should be runny in the middle).
