Orange lemonade

Ingredients (6servings):

  • juice of 6 oranges
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 7 tablespoons xylitol
  • 1l sparkling water
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice, cubed




Squeeze the juice of one lemon and 6 oranges into a jug, add the xylitol and the zest of lemon, mix well to dissolve. Add plenty of cubed ice and stir again. Top up with sparkling water, garnish with mint. Serve cold, with a straw.
