Easter cupcakes

  • 3 eggs
  • 90g Muscovado sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 100g dark chocolate (GF)
  • 100g milk chocolate (GF)
  • 15g potato starch (GF)
  • 15g millet flour (GF)
  • 15g oat flour (GF)
  • 15g roasted hazelnut meal (GF)
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar and 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon for decoration

 

 

Scenario:

Preheat the oven to 180°C, prepare the baking tins. Melt 100g of dark chocolate with 100g of milk chocolate and butter over a hot water bath. Leave to cool.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar until white and creamy. Add all kinds of flour and melted chocolate and stir with a spoon. Fill the muffin tin and bake for about 15 minutes. Leave to cool.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon right before serving.

 

 

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
