Tuna and Corn Appetizers

Tuna and Corn AppetizersIngredients (15servings):

  • 150g canned tuna
  • 100g basmati rice, cooked al dente (weighed before cooking)
  • 200g canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (GF)
  • 1 handful diced chives
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper (GF)




Prepare 15 small bowls or glasses. On the bottom of each place the following layers: rice, tuna and corn. Season with sea salt and pepper. When you’re ready to serve, drizzle some mayonnaise and top with fresh chives.



GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
