Peel, core and cut the pineapple into 1-cm rings. Place the pineapple rings in a large bowl, toss in cinnamon. Add honey and toss again to distribute evenly. Set aside for 30minutes.
Heat up a barbecue.
Grill pineapple on both sides for around 5minutes per side or until it is cooked to your liking.
Sprinkle with roasted almond flakes. Serve warm.
