Small apple pancakes with cinnamon

  • 500g apples cut into pieces or grated on a coarse greater
  • 70g cane sugar
  • 8g cinnamon (GF)
  • 7g nutmeg (GF)
  • 75g cornflour (GF)
  • 50g potato starch (GF)
  • 10oml almond cream (GF)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil

 

 

Scenario:

Beat eggs with sugar using a whisk or a mixer, add spices with sieved flour and mix well. Add the remaining liquid components – cream and oil, stir until smooth. Add fruit, combine with the batter using a spoon. Fry until lightly browned on bottom, 2 to 3 minutes, then turn and brown the second side.

 

 

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
