Small pancakes with strawberries

  • 400g sliced strawberries
  • seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 75g cornflour (GF)
  • 50g potato starch (GF)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 100ml almond cream (GF)




Beat eggs with sugar using a whisk or a mixer, add sieved flour and mix well. Add the remaining liquid components – cream and oil, stir until smooth. Add fruit, combine with the batter using a spoon. Fry until lightly browned on bottom, 2 to 3 minutes, then turn and brown the second side.



GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
