Preheat an oven to 200ºC. Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil over a baking sheet and spread evenly to coat. In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with the remaining oil. Add spices and toss to evenly distribute. Pour sweet potatoes onto the baking sheet and bake in the oven 15 minutes tossing with a spatula to rotate. Serve warm with sour creamy dip or greek yoghurt.
