Orange Coconut Panna Cotta

Orange Coconut panna cottaIngredients (4servings):

  • 600ml coconut cream (only the white part)
  • finely grated zest of 1 orange
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Cointreau
  • 2 teaspoons powdered gelatine (GF)

 

 

Scenario:

Prepare 4 Martini glasses.

Put the coconut cream, orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Cointreau), sugar, orange juice and zest into a small pan and slowly simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Whisk the gelatin into the coconut cream, then pour it slowly into the prepared glasses. Allow it to cool a little, then cover and place in the fridge. Chill for at least an hour, then serve.

 

 

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
