Located in the center of town, facing the beautiful church, this small restaurant is something different from the others. It has a romantic, classy feel inside and a very nice terrace outside. A menu full of meats and extensive wine selection are definitely huge advantages, so if you are not a fishlover, I Grilli is the place to go.

I was really keen to visit this restaurant after smelling the cooking meats, so one evening, when I was looking for an alternative to pasta, I decided to check this place out.

I had a steak with potatoes as a main. Gluten-free meals weren’t indicated on the menu, but the waitress (very kindly) offered me some gluten-free options. The food was to a good standard and well cooked. But nothing to write home about. The ingredients were undoubtedly fresh, everything simple and tasty, not exceptional though.

The waiting staff has to be mentioned super efficient, attentive and cheerful, especially the waitress who was in charge of my table. And not only was the personnel very friendly, but the whole atmosphere was nice. I was seated outdoors which was lovely, because I was able to take in the ambiance of the warm summernight. The restaurant is located in the heart of the historic center on the main street, which is a pedestrian walkway, so the street life was fascinating to watch.

I would recommend it for the location, the service and a wide range of meats.
