Homemade muesli mix

unnamedxsIngredients (10servings):

  • 5 cups Corn Flakes (GF)
  • 5 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (GF)
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds (GF)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut shreds (GF)
  • 5 tablespoons popped amaranth (GF)
  • 5 tablespoons dried goji berries (GF)
  • 5 tablespoons dried cranberries (GF)
  • 3 tablespoons almonds (GF)

 

 

Scenario:

Pop the flakes in a large bowl. Stir in the seeds, dried fruits, and almonds. Dump the muesli into an airtight container and store at room temperature.

 

 

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
