Homemade granola

  • 5 tablespoons honey (GF)
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon (GF)
  • 50g almonds, chopped (GF)
  • 50g walnuts, chopped (GF)
  • 50g hazelnuts, chopped (GF)
  • 150g rolled gluten-free oats
  • 50g cornflakes (GF)
  • 40g sunflower seeds (GF)
  • 40g pumpkin seeds (GF)
  • 40g sesame seeds (GF)
  • 100g sultans (GF)
  •  

 

Scenario:

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the sultans and cinnamon. Place the granola onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake for 15minutes, then mix in the sultans and cinnamon and bake for 5minutes more. Remove from the oven and cool. The granola can be stored in an airtight container for 3 weeks. It can be served with milk or yogurt and fresh seasonal fruit.

 

 

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
