Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the sultans and cinnamon. Place the granola onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake for 15minutes, then mix in the sultans and cinnamon and bake for 5minutes more. Remove from the oven and cool. The granola can be stored in an airtight container for 3 weeks. It can be served with milk or yogurt and fresh seasonal fruit.
