Preheat the oven to 200°C and turn on the grill function or heat up a barbecue. Bring 1 inch salted water to a boil in a large skillet. Add asparagus and cook for just 1 minute. Drain, and set aside to cool.
Wrap asparagus and goat’s cheese in ham slices – two spears inside of a slice of ham rolled together with a slice of goat’s cheese. Put them in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with olive oil. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until tender. Serve with rocket salad and soft-boiled eggs.
