  • 100g buckwheat flour (GF)
  • ½ tsp cane sugar
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 250ml warm water
  • ½ tsp dry yeast
  • 1½ cup fresh arugula
  • 15 parma ham slices (GF)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 handfuls fresh basil leaves

Sift all the flours together into a bowl, add salt, yeast and sugar, mix. Combine with water and olive oil, knead.

Put the baking paper on the baking tray. Roll the dough into two circles 7mm thick. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, get the rest of the ingredients ready.
