Easy-peasy cheese appetizers

Gluten free cheese appetizersIngredients (10servings):

  • 300g Edam or Gouda (GF)
  • 300g seedless grapes
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • a handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper (GF)

 

 

Scenario:

Wash and drain the grapes. Cut the cheese into similar-sized cubes and thread the pieces of cheese followed by grapes onto cocktail sticks or skewers.  Repeat until all the ingredients are used up, then season with salt and pepper.  Drizzle with olive oil before serving, then tear over the parsley leaves.


 

 

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
