I know – as a dietician I should not be promoting eating cookies, but I believe that a guilty pleasure every now and then won’t kill anyone. And if you’re about to sin, it’s better to do so with something that is worth it 😉 And that’s exactly what I think of Generous cookies – worth the sin!
How so? There’s a few reasons for that 😉 First of all, their cookies are handmade and organic. They are also gluten-free – of course, not everyone needs to be on a gluten-free diet, but for those of you, who are – these cookies will be a perfect choice. What I especially like about them is their ingredients: they don’t contain any unnecessary additives! And we all know how difficult it is these days to find sweets that don’t come with a half-a-page ingredients list…
Let’s take a closer look at e.g. Nicole Noisette by Generous: cane sugar, hazelnuts (23%), egg whites, potato starch – 4 ingredients. I don’t know about you, but I am impressed. Personally, I have a lot of respect for the manufacturers whose main objective is the quality, and not the lowest possible production cost. Nowadays, most of the sweets available on the market contain glucose-fructose syrup, which is one of the cheapest sweeteners – unfortunately with negative effects on health. Generous, on the other hand, uses cane sugar – yes, it’s still sugar, but of a better quality. Some of the other ingredients we won’t find in the Generous products are palm oil and hydrogenated fats – instead, we will find butter! Pure, natural butter! Isn’t that just lovely? Makes me think of my Grannie’s cookies!
Generous products are perfect for people on a gluten-free diet and those with various food allergies. It’s also good to know that not all of their products contain milk, eggs, cocoa or nuts – therefore anyone can find something suitable for their needs and preferences.
As an opponent of all kinds of unnecessary raising agents, fillers and all the other „falsifiers”, I strongly recommend Generous – they are both generous and honest!

Hi Laura,
Luckily they are gluten free and really delicious! You can go on the website of Generous (by clicking on one of the pictures above) and find a Store Locator there- it will help you find a store nearest to your location where you can purchase their cookies 🙂
