Scenario:
Peel thoroughly cleaned oranges. Cut the peel into 0,5cm cubes, pour boiling water and cook for about 7-10 minutes. Drain off the boiling water and rinse the peel under running water. Combine 5 tablespoons water with Muscovado and orange peel, pour into a pan and cook for about 50 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and pour into a warm jar while the peel is still hot. If the whole water did not evaporate, pour off the excess using a sieve, and then put into a jar. Store in a refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, use as an additive to cakes, cheesecakes, ice creams, chocolate sauces.
