Chocolate „brownies” cupcakes

Ingredients (15 servings):

  • 4 eggs
  • 180g sugar
  • 200g butter (GF)
  • 200g dark chocolate (GF)
  • 200g milk chocolate (GF)
  • 40g potato starch (GF)
  • 50g corn flour (GF)

  • Energy 360kcal
  • Protein 4g
  • Fat 24g
  • Carbohydrates 28g
  • Fibre 2g

 

Scenario:

Preheat the oven to 180°C, prepare the muffin baking tin. Melt 150g of dark chocolate with 100g of milk chocolate and butter over a hot water bath. Leave to cool. Cut the remaining chocolate in big pieces. In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar until white and creamy. Add both kinds of flour and melted chocolate. Add the chopped chocolate and stir with a spoon. Fill the muffin tin and bake for about 20-25 minute. The cupcakes should be moist inside. Leave to cool.

Cocoa, a basic chocolate ingredient, increases serotonin levels („happiness hormone”) in the brain. It’s one of the main neurotransmitters present in the human body, helping fight the stress and depression.

GF – make sure the ingredient doesn’t contain traces of gluten!
